(1) Check the safety hazards of the working surface and the flatness of the road, and deal with any problems in a timely manner.
(2) Check the oil level of the hydraulic system tank, which must not be lower than the oil mark.
(3) Check whether the lubrication of each lubrication point is in good condition.
(4) Check whether the brake oil and tire pressure are sufficient and whether the rim is loose.
(5) Check whether the cable fixing is firm and the grounding wire is intact.
(1) Check whether each operating handle is in the normal position. Only turn on the main switch after confirming that it is correct.
(2) After turning on the power, be sure to notify the personnel around the scraper to evacuate to a safe area before starting the scraper.
(3) After starting, check whether the instrument readings are normal, whether there are abnormal sounds in various parts, whether the brakes are reliable, and whether the hydraulic system is leaking oil.
(4) Drive carefully, especially in narrow sections of the road or sharp turns, you should drive slowly and at a low speed. It is strictly forbidden for the scraper to collide with the pillars or side walls on both sides.
(5) During the entire shoveling process, the bucket joystick and acceleration mechanism should be used reasonably to keep all tires in operation to prevent slipping or idling.
(6) When the loader moves backward, the angle between the fuselage axis and the discharged towing cable should be avoided to be less than 90 degree . When moving forward, it should be ensured that there are more than 3 turns of the remaining cable on the drum to prevent damage to the cable or pulling off the slip ring device.
(7) When going uphill or downhill, the bucket end always points to the bottom of the slope. In dangerous situations, the bucket can be lowered to help stop the loader.
(8) When encountering a fault or wrapping the cable interface, disconnect the main power supply first. It is strictly forbidden to operate without electricity.
